Medicine Built Around You.
Not Your Insurance Plan.

Your doctor manages 2,500 patients. Ours manages 300. That's the whole difference — and every other thing on this page follows from it.

Direct Primary Care from $149/mo · Longevity Internal Medicine from $399/mo · HSA-eligible (DPC)

Why This Practice Exists

“We spent two decades in academic and hospital medicine — teaching residents, managing critically ill patients, running research programs. But the system that trained us was also the system that gave us 15 minutes per patient and 2,000 names on a panel. We started this practice to do what we were trained to do: know our patients, think carefully, and be there when it matters.”

— Nishant Sahni, MD & Rashi Arora, MD
